Philly Favorites is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.

I ordered merchandise, when will it arrive?

Please allow 7–10 business days for creation of your custom order. Shipping varies by product. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage. A final proof will need to be approved prior to shipping. For any questions regarding official merchandise, contact merchandisesupport@nerus.net.Please be aware of scammers.
